Sydney is about to be swept into Dior’s fragrant universe, with the arrival of a limited-time Miss Dior Café. For two days only—Friday 26 and Saturday 27 September—the French maison will transform 11 Bridge Street, one of the city’s most iconic heritage addresses, into a sensorial celebration of its latest fragrance launch, Miss Dior Essence.
The café is designed as a dreamlike encounter where fragrance, colour and taste converge in true Miss Dior style. Guests can book a 45-minute table for two ($50), which includes two Dior-crafted beverages and three patisserie treats, each inspired by the notes of Miss Dior Essence. Those seeking a shorter escape can opt for an express coffee moment, available on a walk-in basis (subject to availability).
At the heart of the experience is Dior’s newest scent, Miss Dior Essence. A reinterpretation of the house’s beloved floral signature, Essence captures the radiance of Grasse roses, hand-harvested in the south of France, blended with vibrant green notes and a luminous base. Perfumer Francis Kurkdjian describes it best: “Just as Miss Dior is transformed into a slogan on a dress, the perfume too speaks volumes and gets straight down to the ‘essentials,’ with a fruity composition brimming with life, sunshine, and energy,” notes Kurkdjian, the Perfume Creation Director at Christian Dior Parfums.
