On 22 January 2021, Aman Graphics & Designs Ltd. (AGDL), a sister concern of UNIFILL Group is recognized as ‘LEED Platinum’ rated factory which is retrofitted with 90 scores by “LEED Platinum 2009” certification according to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, known as LEED, a rating system administered by the U.S. Green Building Council.
This project is proudly consulted by the country’s leading GREEN trusted partner 360 Total Solution Ltd. (360 TSL). It is identified as 7th in the world ranking and 4th in Bangladesh under the factory category. Furthermore, ACCORD Bangladesh, a third party fire & building safety auditing body has audited our facility and declared it as a ‘safe’ workplace.
360 TSL under the leadership of Bangladesh’s first and only USGBC faculty and green building professional expert Ananta Ahmed, 2nd respective person in the world who is USGBC Faculty with 5 professional credentials and LEED AP, that has expertise and experience to work with more than 202+ project for securing sustainable green building development as per global standard as pioneer consultant in Bangladesh who vibrantly engage and actively manages the designated strategy to ensure the certification with their amicable professionalism with his committed team by joining hand with AGDL.
28 January 2021, at certificate giving ceremony, the honorable high ranked officials of the US Green Building Council (USGBC) attended online due to the pandemic situation.
Also, all of the higher-ranked officials of both the parties AGCL & 360 TSL attended this program at AGCL factory premises. On behalf of USGBC (US Green Building Council), the Managing Director of 360 TSL LEED AP, USGBC faculty Ananta Ahmed handed over the Green Building “LEED Platinum-2009” Certificate certificate to Saiful Haque Bhuiyan, Chairman and Rokun Uzzaman, CEO of AGDL.
“We’re extremely thankful to experience face-to-face consultancy and regular guidance from Team 360 TSL and Ananta Ahmed which are very important to complete this detailed works and documentation,”– said Saiful Hoque Bhuiyan in his speech. Distinguish guests from USGBC, 360 TSL and CEO of AGDL, Rokun Uzzaman also shared their feelings for this remarkable achievement in the ceremony.
360 TSL maintains that considering LEED as a paper piece tiger as a certificate is a wrong understanding. It’s the most implied business management system if we take in and peruse. Benefits are very high and could not be disregarded by means.
