The 97th Annual Academy Awards are officially here, bringing 2025 Awards Season to a close. And, for fashion lovers that means one thing; the Oscars red carpet.
If the Oscars statuette is considered the top award in Hollywood, the Oscars red carpet is considered one of the most important celebrity fashion moments of the year. It provides celebrities with the opportunity to make one final fashion impression and typically Oscars looks are planned months (if not years) in advance.
This year, some of our favourite fashion stars are nominated for Academy Awards promising big things for the red carpet. Both Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo who served look after look during the promotional tour for Wicked are both nominated. Meanwhile, Timothée Chalamet, who has arguably leading a fashion first Oscars campaign during his promotion of A Complete Unknown will be delivering his final look (we hope Kylie Jenner is in tow).
So far, Ariana Grande has wowed us in Schiaparelli and Elle Fanning has arrived early in Sarah Burton’s first custom couture creation for the house of Givenchy.
We’ll be updating live so stay tuned for more.
