Farmer Jack is officially off the market after declaring his love for Sarah during Monday night’s episode of Farmer Wants a Wife. Though Jack was late to the game this season, he had no shortage of lovely women vying for his heart, but in the end, there was only one woman for the Tasmanian dairy farmer.
His speech kept Sarah guessing for a moment, as he admitted that he felt nervous to take her away from her life. “I’d hate to take you away from your home, and although I’d give it my all, I don’t know if my all would be enough for you,” he said on Monday night. “Despite all that, my feelings for you have gone from strong to stronger, and whether we are sitting in silence or talking for hours, I feel at ease with you.”
He admitted that no matter where he was or who we was speaking to during the course of the season, he always felt pulled towards her, which is a very good reason to end the show with her. “Sarah, I love the way that you approach life, you have a warmth and an ease about you and you impart that warmth upon everyone around you, which is an amazing trait that you have.
“I said from the beginning of this that I’d know if I found love if I found someone I thought about when I imagined my future, and I can’t imagine my future without you,” Jack said to Sarah in the final ceremony.
Jack’s choice was fairly obvious to viewers watching, as he chose Sarah for a romantic 24 hours away from the farm, away from the prying eyes of the other women hoping to win his heart. But viewers were left waiting to see their connection blossom further when Jack’s parents selected Olivia to go on a single date with Jack, not Sarah. What ensued was a will-they-won’t-they dynamic where Sarah told Olivia how strongly she cared for Jack and Olivia’s own connection with the farmer blossomed. But in the end, of course, it was Sarah who won his heart.
Jack was realistic while telling Sarah exactly how he felt, admitting that he was ready to take the plunge and give a real relationship a go with her, despite the obvious hurdles in front of them. “Sarah, you are a risk, but you’re a risk I’m willing to take. I do feel like I’m falling in love with you. Would you like to share your future with me?” he asked her.
Sarah, overcome with emotion, replied, “Yes, of course I would love to share my future with you,” before embracing and kissing Jack.
Sarah was of course given the chance to tell Jack exactly how she felt too, and she didn’t hold back. “It’s been so easy just being around you and you just make me feel so incredible. I feel like we’re just getting closer and closer,” she admitted. “I’m just so excited and I just can’t wait to keep learning more about you and spending time and planning our future together.”
Shortly after their love declaration, they were naturally interviewed about how they are feeling, as is customary. The pair was overjoyed, and with big smiles on their faces, Jack asked Sarah, “Are you happy I picked ya Did you think I was gonna” to which Sarah replies “I was hoping you were gonna”.
“Has this farmer found a wife?” jokes Sarah. “Well it looks like you came prepared for the wedding, so maybe,” grins Jack.
But are they still together? That’s the question!

It’s been rumoured for the past week that Jack might end up with Sarah, with an inside speaking with Chattr and revealing the farmer’s final pick.
“Farmer Jack’s final pick is Sarah, apparently,” the insider told Chattr on June 11, adding that they weren’t sure if Farmer Jack and Sarah were still together for the finale, which is likely to air next week. Another insider told the publication that all of the winning ladies will be present at the reunion, so we hopefully won’t be waiting long to find out whether they are still together, joining the 19 other Farmer Wants A Wife couples who have successfully gone the long haul.
