Men’s Fashion Week in Paris just wrapped up, and the six-day affair gave fashion fans and design enthusiasts plenty to be excited about. Indoors, attendees bore witness to Jonathan Anderson’s Poiret-inspired Dior menswear collection, Rick Owens’s sartorial parody of modern power structures and the end of an era at Hermès, where Veronique Nichanian closed her 37-year tenure as the house’s menswear director. Outside, things were arguably just as exciting. Despite a rainy start to the week, attendees delivered style in spades—think sturdy leather coats, billowing layers and a plethora of padded shoulders.
