UXBRIDGE – Coats Digital, the technological arm of industrial thread manufacturer Coats, has updated its GSDCost software – which helps fashion brands and manufacturers streamline the logistics of their operations – to introduce a new globalised fair wage tool.
With this feature, supply chain partners can calculate details including product type, factory efficiencies, contracted hours and a country’s fair living wage to determine a fair income for garment workers.
