Dua Lipa is taking a well-earned break from holidaying in Europe to stop by Paris Couture Week. And, as usual, our eyes were glued to her style, which is feeling distinctly… bridal. Dual Lipa recently confirmed in an interview with British Vogue that she is engaged to fiancé Callum Turner – and the chunky ring she’s been wearing is indeed an engagement ring.
She said in the interview that she had no clue what kind of wedding dress she would be wearing. “I’ve never been someone whose thought about a wedding… All of a sudden I’m like: “Oh, what would I wear?” she said in the interview.
A classic Leo, Dua Lipa has a flair for fashion, and we can assume whatever wedding dress she chooses to wear will be as non-traditional as her engagement ring.
Was she trialling a first look at the Schiaparelli Fall/Winter couture show? Dua Lipa joined Cardi B and Hunter Schafer in the front row wearing a paillette-covered white gown from the label’s Spring 2024 collection. The gown featured striking razor-sharp shoulders and a dramatic, oversized keyhole cut. And it’s sweeping, floor-length felt just a little on the nose for a recently confirmed bride-to-be.

While the gown was designed to resemble feathers, the pearly, petal-like pieces shook ethereally as she descended the steps of the Petit Palais. The singer confirmed at the show that the pailettes are made of glycerin, making them far lighter than they appear.
The singer kept her styling minimal, with her long, dark hair worn loose and undone and a clean makeup look. A statement pair of disc-shaped earrings completed the look.
So far, there’s no set date for the wedding, so we have plenty of time to speculate on the bridal style Dua Lipa might opt for. The singer’s signature style balances sex appeal and experimentation, something she showcased on her Radical Optimism tour, where she wore designers ranging from Chanel to Jean Paul Gaultier and Valentino.
We can assume she’ll be wearing a gown just as fabulous as she is when she walks down the aisle. We’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for more teasers.
