Eva Longoria is ready for summer—and her latest photoshoot is case in point. Posing for the cover of Byrdie's summer issue, the Desperate Housewives actress donned a sexy Max Mara look, pairing a slim-fitting brown wool maxiskirt with nothing but a brown triangle bikini. She completed the look with a gold statement necklace and cuff bracelet, both by Jennifer Fisher, drop earrings by Kinraden, and ultra high heels by Gedebe.

Styled by Dani + Emma and shot by Sophie Chan Andreassend, the photoshoot also included a number of other summer-meets-business looks: a brown blazer-leotard with no pants, a floaty boho top paired with matching trousers, a mint green plunging Christopher Esber dress.

Although her latest shoot may feature a few daringly skimpy, summery looks, Longoria revealed that she is a little more careful about the outfits she wears these days.

"I definitely think more about what I want out in the world because my son is going to see it," she told the publication. "I think about whether he'd be proud of something or might be embarrassed. Even with old sexy photoshoots, I think, 'Oh god, he's going to see this one day.'"

Elsewhere in the interview, Longoria, who recently turned 50, opened up about her refreshing approach to aging. “I don't mind aging…I just want to age well," she said. "I'm grateful to be able to move my body and work out, hike up a mountain, and play with my son. I'm trying to be as mobile as possible for as long as possible."

Previously, Longoria echoed similar sentiments while speaking to Marie Claire.

“I’m cold-plunging; I’ve got red lights on; I strength train with weights; I meditate; I’m journaling,” she said of her routine, later adding, "Not because I don’t want to age but because I do want to age.”

This week, Longoria is in Cannes, France for the film festival. She has already donned a plunging pink sequined slip dress and a retro yellow sundress. This comes days after the festival announced new style rules that banned sheer nude looks on the red carpet.
