What do you give the woman who has everything? If you’re Taylor Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce, the answer is everything. Over the weekend, Kelce reportedly spent $1750,000 USD (for reference an estimated Australian $274k) on floral arrangements and jewellery for his newly minted billionaire girlfriend in celebration of her birthday.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce surprised the world when they went public with their relationship in September 2023. It’s since turned into one of the most wholesome celebrity romances, and a year later, they’re still going strong.
Swift wrapped her Eras Tour just days before her birthday having performed 149 shows across 21 countries and five continents between March 17th, 2023 and December 8th, 2024. Meanwhile, Kelce has been busy winning Super Bowls. Life is full of distance in a land of high-achieving celebrity relationships.
Over the last year, Taylor Swift has made multiple appearances, cheering Travis Kelce on at Kansas City Chief’s games while Kelce has popped up at Eras Tour concerts all over the globe. Despite their best efforts, the couple have understandably been forced to spend some of their relationship long-distance, and it’s been suggested that Kelce’s extravagant birthday gesture was designed to mark a new chapter for the couple.
According to Taylor Swift birthday watch reports, Travis Kelce put in an appearance at the Kansas City Chiefs holiday party on Friday night. He left the event early on to join Swift for a one-on-one birthday celebration for what we assume was a full birthday-gift-presentation-ceremony.
“Thirty-five years old is a very important birthday, and he wanted to make things really special for this special occasion,” a source told The U.S. Sun.
“He’s been working on this for a bit now, and he knows that the occasion was super important as now they are able to spend way more time together as the tour is over. The last few months have been very intense for both of them and now they just want to enjoy each other, and Taylor’s birthday is the first day of many more days and times for celebrations in the next couple of weeks.”
While we wait to see what Kelce has in store for Christmas, we’re taking a moment to ogle her gifts.

We’re happy with a bouquet from the train station for $60, but go off Travis.
