What We Know About The Harry Styles ‘Pleasing’ Vibrator
The Pleasing Double-Sided Vibrator is priced at $110 and was created in collaboration with Zoë Ligon, nicknamed the “Dildo Duchess”, who is the proprietor of sex-positive store Spectrum Boutique. The double-sided vibrator is designed with “exploration in mind”, according to Pleasing’s website copy, and it’s also double-ended; Pleasing encourages users to use the handle as an insertable vibrator. The accompanying Pleasing Lube comes in a sleek burgundy bottle and uses FDA-approved silicone to “support a wide range of intimate experiences and exploration.”
Harry Styles’s foray into sex toys isn’t exactly a surprise; in 2021, he confirmed his hit “Watermelon Sugar” was about exactly what we all thought it was. “It’s about–it’s about, uh, the sweetness of life,” the singer confirmed during a concert in Nashville before clarifying, “It’s also about the female orgasm. But that’s totally different. It’s not really relevant.”
Well, it’s certainly relevant to this audience.
In posts to the Pleasing Instagram, Styles encouraged fans to “please yourself like you mean it.” His words were met with a rapturous welcome. “My bed sheets are ablaze,” one commenter wrote. “Harry said: not dropping music, but here’s something to keep you busy,” another joked.
The Cut also reports that the Pleasing team will be partnering with the Planned Parenthood Federation of America to release a range of condoms soon (so, if you have friends visiting the US, put an order in now for some merch).
