Visits: 36

In the weeks to come, editions of Vogue from all over the world will release issues that unite around a universal theme of hope. This collective project will celebrate new talent and some of the most influential names in fashion, film, music, and activism. The idea is to explore hope in all its interpretations, elevating the voices of those, above all, who are determined to create positive change.

With much of the world still in lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a sense of optimism could not be more essential. As we all seek a positive, unifying path to the future, hope is both critical value to uphold and an idea to aspire towards. Anna Wintour, U.S. artistic director of Condé Nast, editor in chief of Vogue U.S., and Condé Nast global content advisor, shared her thoughts on the theme in her September issue’s editor’s letter: “Hope may be hard to find in a moment of crisis, but it also feels more essential than ever. It’s part of our shared humanity, a source of delight and inspiration, and keeps us focused on a brighter future.”

The covers of all 26 editions of Vogue‘s Hope issues will be posted below upon release, forming one uplifting global conversation.
