Imogo F-Max provides digital advantages in finishing

Visits: 15

Imogo, focusing on sustainable solutions in textile finishing and dyeing processes, offers great advantages and features in wet textile applications with its F-Max digital finishing unit. F-Max provides great savings in water, waste, energy and chemical use with its digital spray finishing and stands out with its increased production speed, shorter change-over times and increased consistency and quality features. Imogo, which recently met with the textile industry at ITM 2022, attracts a lot of attention in the Turkish market with its spray dyeing and spray finishing solutions.

Imogo F-Max minimizes waste with digital spray application

One of the most important features of the F-Max is the collection, filtering and feed back of all the over-spray applications to the process. This solution means minimizing waste during production, while the small process tank limits the waste at the change-over to a few litres of mixed finishing chemistry. Imogo F-Max, increasing the quality of digital spray and finishing and reducing costs significantly, offers an ideal solution in the face of increasing energy and raw material prices.

The contactless digital spray application of the functional finishing chemistry offers a flexible process with its all packaged ‘plug and play’ design. Optimized application volumes reduce drying times, minimizing chemistry and water consumption. The system significantly reduces the use of water, waste, energy and chemicals and saves up to 90% compared to a Jet dyeing process.

Effective wet-on-wet process applications

This Imogo Digital Spraying System can process on one or both sides and allows effective wet-on-wet process applications. The digitally controllable system also has a Mini-Max laboratory unit to optimize application volumes and chemistry concentration. Evaluation of dye/finishing solutions and pickup settings are carried out in the Mini-Max unit. The system, which can be easily incorporated into the existing stenter line and has special configuration for knitted fabrics, also eliminates the need for chemical changes when the substrate colour changes.

F-Max also has important features that increase worker safety. The sealed spray chamber is equipped with an exhaust system and an aerosol liquid separator, ensuring that 99.9% of aerosol particles are caught in the separator and prevented from reaching the work environment.

Imogo and its solutions are represented by Teksel Tekstil in the Turkish market and uninterrupted technical support is provided.
