You know that feeling. That one when you’re slightly dreading what comes next. I knew what I had to do, but I didn’t want to face it. It was time for me to pull the trigger and breakup with my oral health routine. If you’re anything like me then it’s a win if you remember to brush every morning and night. I used to figure that was the majority of the battle. I would never worry about how long I had been using my toothbrush. I was not aware that after a few months, the brush is no longer able to get the layer of plaque off my teeth. When I thought about it, I was missing the nice clean feeling when I was done brushing.
