Kate Moss and Her Lookalike Daughter Lila Wear the LBD Two Different Ways

Mother-daughter style has never looked this good.

When your mom is a supermodel, it's almost guaranteed that you will inherit her stellar sense of style—at least such is the case for Lila Moss, whose mom is the one and only Kate Moss. But don't get it twisted: Lila has a sartorial prowess all of her own that complements without copying her famous mom. 

Case in point? On Friday, Lila and Kate hosted a dinner at Isabel's in Mayfair to celebrate Donna Karan's spring 2025 collection during London Fashion Week. For the occasion, Kate, who is the face of the brand, and Lila, who has been modeling in DKNY’s latest campaign, twinned in coordinating LBDs that were styled two different ways. Kate, for her part, wore a draped halter-neck style with sheer black stockings, while Lila chose a strapless iteration with a sculptural curved neckline. 

Both mom and daughter accessorized with gold jewelry and black patent leather heels with open-toes. However, when it came time for glam, Kate wore her blonde hair down in tousled curls and opted for a pink lip with a subtle smoky eye. Meanwhile, Lila, slicked her glossy strands back into a sleek bun. 

Aside from her style, Kate also passed down her modeling chops to her lookalike daughter. Lila began her modeling career in 2018 for Marc Jacobs Beauty and landed her first runway gig for Miu Miu two years later.

Kate later reflected on her experience watching her daughter go down the catwalk for the first time. "I was really nervous for her," Moss said in a video for British Vogue. "I was sitting around the kitchen table … Some girlfriends [were there] and we were waiting for the show to start on the link. When she came out we were like, 'She's doing it! She's doing it!'" She added, "Yeah, I was really proud."
