Almost a year on from Lana Del Rey’s surprise wedding to Jeremy Dufrene, we have an official photo from her big day. The artist released the intimate photo on her Instagram on July 31, 2025, showing the moment she exchanges vows with Dufrene while Churchome pastor Judah Smith officiates.
The post appears to be a promo for Smith’s live church service, if we’re to read the caption in its most literal sense. She wrote: “May 12 angels guard you While you preach tonight” and points her audience to the link in her bio, which takes you to a livestream of Smith delivering a church sermon. We don’t know if there’s a deeper meaning here, whether any announcements of new music are coming, or whether this is simply Del Rey supporting a friend.
Either way, fans have been quickly whipped into a (rightful) frenzy over the photo itself. It’s the closest look we’ve gotten of her wedding dress, which we detail below. It also gives us our first up-close look at her beauty look from the day, which appears to feature blended smokey eyeshadow, and generous contour and highlight on the cheek. She also wears a blue ribbon in her hair, which is swept delicately over her left shoulder.

While TMZ quotes an insider saying it wasn’t clear whether she entered the vintage store specifically in search of a wedding dress, they did say she tried on a bunch of dresses before “falling for the dress she spotted in the window”.
As for the cost of the dress, the exact price is unknown. However, TMZ reports the typical price range for wedding dresses in the New Orleans store is around US $400 (approx. AU $577).
On her wedding day, Lana Del Rey walked down the aisle with her father and carried a floral bouquet. The two exchanged vows by the water at the bayou where Dufrene runs boat tours, before attending an outdoor reception.
