It only made sense, then, that the Innisfil, Ontario resort would set the stage for one of the summer’s most anticipated events. In partnership with CAFA and FASHION, Friday Harbour brought style and sophistication in spades with the return of the Fashion Collective Series, an open-to-the-public celebration of Canadian talent. On its fifth year, the weekend-long event brought together Ontario’s most stylish for an experience to remember. Picture a curated retail market, live entertainment and the highlight of the event: an open-air runway show. On the runway, Canadian brands and designers took centre stage. From crisp wardrobe essentials from House of Gallagher to statement-making street-chic pieces from Rock N Karma, the melange of ensembles spoke to the Canadian design scene’s diverse sensibilities.
