Louis Vuitton’s latest signature silhouette is about to become a staple with the street style set. The Express bag is part of the Autumn Winter 2025–26 collection, and is the latest signature bag by Nicolas Ghesquière, Artistic Director of Women’s Collections.
Inspired by the romance and hidden stories of travel, with the Express bag, Ghesquière invites us to luxuriate in wonder. The name “Express” pays homage to the original name for the iconic 1930s Speedy bag, now reimagined for the modern muse, though that’s not where the similarities between the two styles end.
Crafted in luxe grained leather with velvet calfskin panels, the Express has a supple construction and body bands that are reminiscent of the Keepall duffle. The Express also incorporates signatures of the House codes, with the monogram canvas handles and key bell, and gold-tone padlock and double‑zip closure that lend a practical elegance to the style. The plush Monogram jacquard lining also provides a soft landing for all of your most valuable keepsakes.
As with all of Louis Vuitton’s bags, functionality was at the forefront when designing the Express, with multiple carrying options (handheld, elbow‑crook, shoulder or crossbody) thanks to a double‑strap and varied handle configurations that allow you to change up the length and attachment points depending on how you plan to wear it on any given day.
It’s available in three sizes, and a range of feminine tones. The classic colourways, like black, hazelnut, mahogany, and taupe are all accounted for, plus a more striking two‑tone ivory and Olympe Blue style for the more adventurous of heart.
