Prince Harry paid a surprise visit to the Superhumans Centre in Lviv, Ukraine on April 10. The center provides aid as well as rehabilitation services to wounded soldiers and civilians. A spokesperson for the Duke told The Independent that he visited the center as part of his work with wounded veterans.
According to the publication, the Superhumans Centre provides "prosthetics, reconstructive surgery and psychological help" to those who were impacted or injured by the war in Ukraine.

The Duke of Sussex is no stranger to the military. He served in the British Army for 10 years and also did two tours in Afghanistan. During his tours, he flew an Apache helicopter co-pilot gunner and after he left the armed forces, one of his central causes became spotlighting injured soldiers.

It was not announced that he visited Lviv in Western Ukraine until after he left because the area has been frequently targeted by Russian missiles, The Independent reported. He is also only the second royal family member to visit Ukraine—his aunt Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh, visited the country in 2022.

The Duke of Sussex was spotted in London earlier this week as he appeared before a court in London, where lawyers for him and his wife, Meghan Markle, said that they "felt forced" to step away from their duties as senior members of the royal family.
