See All The Looks On The 2026 BAFTA Awards Red Carpet

We’ve woken up bleary-eyed to an avalanche of glamorous red carpet images from the 2026 BAFTA Awards, and this year’s was unusually glamorous.

Paul Mescal and Gracie Abrams hard-launched their relationship by appearing on the BAFTAs red carpet. They attended the Cannes Film Festival in May last year, but notably stood out on the red carpet. At the BAFTAs, they were laughing, arms wrapped around each other, and were easily among the most stylish couples of the night. Abrams wore Chanel, and Mescal, who was nominated for best supporting actor for his portrayal of William Shakespeare in Hamnet, wore Prada. They posed publicly together for the first time after dating for almost 2 years. Australian actress Rose Byrne, who recently won a Golden Globe for her turn in the comedy-drama If I Had Legs I’d Kick You, was also in attendance.

ELLE covergirl Jessie Buckley completed her golden run of award wins, securing the BAFTA for Best Leading Actress for her role in Hamnet. She wore a blue silk gown by Jonathan Anderson for Dior. Meanwhile, former ELLE covergirl and Stranger Things star Sadie Sink appeared in mint green Prada to present the Best Production Design Award alongside Noah Jupe.

Other notable appearances included Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales – Catherine wore a sweeping Gucci gown, making her first appearance at the awards in three years following her cancer diagnosis and treatment. The couple skipped the media wall, heading straight to the ceremony.

If you want to catch all the glamour, you can watch the BAFTA Awards on HBO Max. Red carpet coverage started early this morning and a replay is available for on-demand subscribers.

We recommend grabbing a cup of coffee and taking in the best looks.
