After close to two years of keeping their relationship relatively low-key, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are finally offering fans a closer look, and it’s safe to say it was worth the wait. Since Swift wrapped the final leg of her record-breaking Eras Tour in December 2024, and Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs came up short at the Super Bowl in February 2025, the pair have been enjoying some well-earned downtime, spending much of it away from the public eye.

Until recently, their joint appearances were limited to the occasional blurry paparazzi shot. That changed on July 24, when Kelce posted a series of candid photos on Instagram, officially debuting Swift on his grid—a hard launch if we ever saw one.
“Had some adventures this offseason, kept it ,” Kelce wrote in the caption.
The post features a collection of personal moments, including ice skating, boating, and a dinner date. In the opening image, the couple pose in matching hats, his labelled “Captain” and hers “First Mate.”
Another shows them dressed in all black for a dinner date, where a small but adorable detail caught fans’ attention: Kelce’s phone wallpaper appears to be a photo of the two of them.

Other highlights from the post include a snowy group trip to Montana with friends like Erin Andrews, as well as a snapshot taken in what looks like a cave, featuring Kelce’s close friend Ross Travis and Swift’s longtime friend and HAIM bandmate, Este Haim.

Although Kelce has spoken openly about their relationship on his New Heights podcast and supported Swift from the VIP tent throughout the Eras Tour, this is the first time he has given fans a direct glimpse into their time together through social media.
Swift, for her part, made a casual soft launch of Kelce in June 2024, posting a backstage selfie with him, Prince William, Prince George and Princess Charlotte during her London stop at Wembley Stadium.

Just a few days later, she followed it up with a series of photos from Kelce’s surprise onstage cameo, where he carried her during the theatrical “I Can Do It with a Broken Heart” number.
As the couple approaches their two-year anniversary this September, it seems they’ve found a balance that works for them. While they continue to keep much of their relationship private, these rare moments feel genuine, relaxed, and surprisingly down-to-earth. And if the internet’s reaction is any indication, fans are more than happy to be along for the ride.
