Stranger Things season 5 is garnering rave reviews, and we’re eager to see what’s next for the gang in Hawkins as they close in on Vecna. Will Holly and Max escape Camazotz? Does Will Byers really have powers now? While the first instalment was worth the wait, we’ve been left with many questions.

When Does Stranger Things Season 5 Part 2 Come Out In Australia
Can’t wait until you’re back in the Upside Down? Part two is scheduled for December 26th or Boxing Day, so think of it as a belated Christmas present.
Volume One, with the first four episodes of season 5, was released in Australia on November 27th at 12 p.m. AEDT.
Volume Two, consisting of episodes five to seven, will premiere on Boxing Day, December 26, at 12 p.m. AEDT.
Volume Three, a special two-hour finale, will drop on New Year’s Day, January 1 2026, at 12 p.m. AEDT.

Who Is Cast In Stranger Things Season 5?
The whole gang is here for season 5. This includes Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven), Finn Wolfhard (Mike), Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas), Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin), Noah Schnapp (Will), Priah Ferguson (Erica), Natalia Dyer (Nancy), Charlie Heaton (Jonathan), Maya Hawke (Robin), Joe Keery (Steve), David Harbour (Hopper), and Winona Ryder (Joyce). Sadly, Eddie’s death in episode nine of season four means we won’t be seeing the return of Joseph Quinn; however, there are a number of new names entering the cast for the final chapter.
Nell Fisher (Bookworm) and Alex Breaux (Depraved) are among a few new faces joining Stranger Things season five, and Linda Hamilton (The Terminator, Children of the Corn, Chuck), who’s also a major fan of the show, has announced that she will be joining the cast of the final season.
While it’s a given that all cast members who survived Vecna’s curse will be returning (RIP Eddie), it’s unclear what their fate will be.
Will Eleven finally be able to help Max regain her sight? Does Will’s connection to the Upside Down and the Mind Flayer finally prove fruitful, or will it backfire as it did in season two? Again, does Steve find love?! These are questions that the Duffer Brothers need to answer, stat.
