MILAN – Luxury fashion brand Prada has announced the creation of a Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council in order to change the culture of both its operations and the wider fashion industry.
The Council has the mission statement to “elevate voices of colour” and will advise the company on investing resources into a talent development programme which improves the opportunities for a diverse range of young fashion hopefuls.
