The 2026 ELLE Next Gen Awards took over The Press in Sydney last night, gathering 170 guests across fashion, film, music, beauty, and art to celebrate the minds defining Australian culture — right now, and next.
For 81 years, ELLE has kept a permanent spotlight on emerging talent, making Swarovski, synonymous with glamour and bold creativity, the ultimate headline partner, along with support by Uber Elite and Essential Parfums. Swarovski pieces caught every flash of light (and camera) as guests swept through the room well into the early hours.
Star-studded arrivals included Bambi Northwood-Blyth and Charlee Fraser, alongside this year’s standout Next Gen winners — including ELLE Man of the Year Josh Heuston and Model of the Year (plus ELLE Australia September cover star) Latahlia Hickling.
Nine awards were handed out to the new guard before Musician of the Year winner Jacoténe took the mic for an unforgettable live performance. And naturally, with Australia’s most stylish creatives gathered under one roof, the red carpet was an event all on its own.
