SAN FRANCISCO – Resale platform Treet, which works with brands including Shein, Dôen and Boyish, has announced that it has raised US$3.5 million in a seed funding round.
The investment, led by First Round Capital, will be used to increase recruitment, accelerate brand partnerships and expand services. It brings the total raised in pre-seed and seed funding rounds to US $6.4 million.
Treet develops circular platforms, from peer-to-peer resale to fully managed take-back programmes, for its brand partners and claims it powers more than half of all branded resale services.
