Returning for its third installment following its five-year hiatus, the iconic runway event heads to Los Angeles on Sunday, 18 October 2026. For Australian viewers, the show streams live at 10:30am AEST on Monday, 19 October 2026 when the show will be streaming on the brand’s official YouTube channel.

Though New York City has long been the show’s home (including for its inaugural edition in 1995), this year will see the Angels take Los Angeles. The cast is expectantly star-studded, with iconic Angels Candice Swanepoel, Adriana Lima — the longest-serving Angel — Joan Smalls and Alessandra Ambrosio (who is celebrating her 20th Victoria’s Secret show this year) returning to the runway alongside a slew of industry heavyweights, like Gigi Hadid and Alex Consani).

For all its bedazzled, push-up glory, the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show doesn’t come without criticism, and for good reason. After shutting down in 2019 following criticisms surrounding body inclusion and one New York Times investigation into executive misconduct, the revamped show returned in 2024 with an executive team shakeup (farewelling Ed Razek), broader casting direction, and high-profile performances.

It featured a more inclusive cast, tapped into the nostalgia of it all with the return of models like Tyra Banks and Doutzen Kroes, and included a performance by Cher, because if anyone can get people back on side, surely it’s a 78-year-old Cher performing “Life After Love” in bedazzled cargo pants.

Two notable snubs from the lineup are models Romee Strijd, a former Angel who has walked in the show five times previously, and Frida Aasen, who walked in the show in 2017 and 2018. Strijd took to TikTok shortly after receiving the news of the rejection, saying “I don’t think I’m gonna cast anymore in the future because I don’t like the way it went, I don’t like how the whole process went, and I don’t like the way I was treated.”

At this year’s show, the Angels will be sharing the runway with four acts that might just give them a run for their money. They are:
