There are a few universal truths in the fashion lexicon: tailoring is always a good idea, trends are cyclical, and Ralph Lauren knows how to do a classic. But beyond the perfectly cut blazers and the enduring appeal of off-duty prep, the American heritage house has spent the last two and a half decades proving another constant: style is infinitely better when it comes with substance.
Which brings us to the American house’s 2026 Pink Pony campaign. Dubbed “The Power of Us”, this year’s global initiative shifts the lens from the individual to the collective. For more than 25 years, the iconic American fashion house has been using its influence to fund cancer research, drive awareness and improve patient access to quality care. In 2026, the house is turning its lens on the deeply human infrastructure required to navigate a cancer diagnosis.

At its heart, The Power of Us focuses on the real stories of people whose lives have been touched by cancer, bringing together the stories of current patients, experts and survivors.
The campaign puts real faces to the statistics, enlisting ovarian cancer survivor and model Ash Foo and author and leukaemia survivor Saffron Vadher, alongside Dr. Chanita Hughes-Halbert, a leading expert in health disparities. Together, the campaign paints a vivid picture of the realities of diagnosis, navigating the medical system, treatment and recovery and the importance of early detection. All while celebrating the difference real human connection can make.

Naturally, Ralph Lauren has delivered a capsule collection that makes participating in the cause easy. The drop reimagines the brand’s most recognisable staples like a slouchy cable-knit sweater, the crisp Oxford shirt, and the classic twill ball cap, in sharp pink-and-black colourways. More importantly, 100% of the purchase price from these hero pieces is donated to the brand’s network of cancer charities, with at least 25% of the proceeds from the rest of the collection following suit.
On October 17, Ralph Lauren took this commitment one step further with its inaugural Global Day of Shopping, in which five per cent of Ralph Lauren purchases worldwide were donated to support the initiative.

For those of us shopping closer to home, the impact hits exactly where it counts. In Australia, the campaign continues its longstanding partnership with the McGrath Foundation, directly funding the free, specialised nurses who hold the hands of patients and their families through the darkest hours of a diagnosis.
The Power of Us is ultimately about more than beautiful clothes and heritage brands. It’s about encouraging the people in our lives to get cancer checks, showing up for each other in times of difficulty and knowing that small actions, whether it’s a Twill ball cap or a phone call, can contribute to change.
In this instance, wearing pink can help fund the level of on-the-ground care that makes that easier. Consider it the best investment piece of the season.
