Nicole Kidman must be tickled pink. For Halloween this year, her 18-year-old daughter, Sunday Rose Kidman Urban, delivered a playful homage to her mother, dressing up as Slovak pop sensation Adéla, whose viral 2026 hit is famously titled “Nicole Kidman”.
Sunday Rose skipped references to 2026 horror movies for a beauty and style moment, donning a bright pink wig and ballet slippers. The look perfectly channelled Adéla’s balletcore-meets-pop-punk aesthetic from her Prima album era. The eighteen-year-old leaned into the joke with her Instagram caption, writing, “Babygirl in control”— a lyric from Adéla’s track that nods to her mother’s 2024 erotic thriller, Babygirl.

Adéla famously wrote the track after attending a 2026 Golden Globes afterparty, where she got “all glammed up” with a corset was laced so tightly she felt like the Hollywood Oscar-winner — inspiring the lyric: “Moulin Rouge, my corset is so tight / Babygirl in control, I feel like Nicole”. Adéla’s accompanying music video served up a high-fashion obstacle course of Kidman’s greatest cinematic beauty looks, recreating eras from Eyes Wide Shut to To Die For, complete with blue lipstick and feathers.
Sunday Rose clearly paid close attention to the stylistic details. The rising star has been making her own waves in the fashion and beauty sphere. Following a runway debut for Miu Miu in 2024, she recently walked the Dior spring/summer 2026 show and graced the cover of ELLE Australia in March.
Speaking to Vogue Germany recently about navigating her skyrocketing career alongside her notable parentage, she proved she has the work ethic to back up the pedigree. “I’m very aware that I’m given opportunities that not everyone can have, and I’m truly grateful to be able to take advantage of them,” she shared. “So, when I’m at work, I make sure to always give my best, never come to work with a negative attitude, no matter how tired or jet-lagged I may be, and treat everyone with respect.”

The Halloween tribute is just the latest chapter in an ongoing mutual-appreciation society between Kidman and Adéla. The actress was spotted laughing and blushing when the track blasted through the speakers while she sat front-row at the Victoria’s Secret 2026 fashion show. She later gushed about the singer on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, saying, “In her video, she did all the films I’ve done, half of them I can’t even remember, so it was really good seeing it. She’s so talented”.
Adéla has been equally starstruck, telling Pop Crave, “I can’t believe Nicole Kidman knows who I am… To get the recognition from the person that you wrote the song about, and it being not just any person, it’s Nicole Kidman. She’s a legend.”
Now, with a co-sign from the next generation of fashion royalty, the “Nicole Kidman” cultural loop is officially closed.
